Books
I jut realized how badly I need another bookshelf. The whole bottom row is filled with folders with my past schoolwork (6th grade onward) and the rest is just any other books and random things I could fit in there. The whole thing is so packed, I had to turn my smaller books sideways so I could make more room. Now I can’t find any books to read. -___________- I’m planning on starting and finishing Jane Eyre this week, if Maplestory permitting. ;D I swear, once I go on Maplestory, I don’t log off unless I need to go eat or sleep – which is just about never. By the way, I’m level 39 already! I outleveled Brandon very badly and I’m just about passing Belle. I logged off two hours early today to let them pass me though. I’m looking forward to Barnes & Nobles tommorrow as well as Viva La Vida!
Oh, now I remember why I was writing a wordpress post. 2B and 3B pencils. Brandon, Brian, Morgen, and Hiro needed them, and I only had two 3B pencils. Brian and Morgen got them, and Brandon couldn’t find one. Poor Brandon. DD: I’ll let you borrow my 6B, H, or B pencil.

Grad Nite! :D
Just got back from Grad Nite, and I must say, I have more energy now than I did at any point during Grad Nite. (24+ hours without sleep! yay!) Overall, it was fun but also tiring at the same time. I have never been in a line so long to get in a ride nor have I ever seen so many crazy kids in Disneyland at one time. Thank you once again for inviting me, Albert!
Let’s start with getting there. I went and picked up Albert, Raymond, and Derek and we got dropped off at the parking lot around 9:20, 10 minutes before we were supposed to meet up. We waited there for about an hour for everyone to get there, so by the time we got on the busses, (#4!! of 6) it was about 10:30 already. The trip there was pretty fun. It took about an hour and all Albert and I did was talk about Death Note while Chris slept and Raymond talked to other people. We got in a debate what L’s assistant was named, and we ended up calling Mitsue about it — and it turns out she was right about him being called Watari! (I was close. I thought of Wataru) When we got there, we got a speech about what not to bring, etc. We weren’t supposed to wear anything with a logo bigger than our fist, so Raymond had to take off his shirt (since the Ecko logo covered half his shirt) and wear his thin undershirt for the rest of the night, XD. Then the lady said in about 10 minutes, a guy would come to get us out and lead us to the gate, but that took about an hour. So by the time we got out of the bus, it was around 12. In order to get through, we had to get patted down, and surprisingly, even though the girl’s line was longer, I finished way quicker than the guys.
We immediately went to Space Mountain, but we didn’t get a chance to go then because the wait was 120 minutes (aka 2 hours). We ended up just walking around for awhile through a huge throng of people. They were all dancing crazily to all these weird rap/pop songs that Raymond knew all the lyrics to. When we were getting to the Haunted Mansion (is that what it is called?), a slow rock-ish song was played. Raymond said, “No one can dance to something like this!”, but then, some girl walked past us dancing to it. PWNED! But yeah, so we went to the Haunted Mansion. The wait was maybe 30 minutes or less. It wasn’t that bad. The ride was just as normal, and I get a really old ghost at the end, XD.
After Haunted Mansion, we looked at a lot of the rides, and noticed all of them were pretty long. An upwards of 50+ minutes wait. So we decided to eat first, then go wait 2 hours for Space Mountain. Of course, the food as very expensive. A slice of pizza and a drink = ~$10. Then, we literally waited for 2 hours to get to Space Mountain. I think it was worth it though. All that time falling asleep in the line, and right after, I was wide awake. It seemed really fast and cold in there. The picture didn’t come out all that great. Raymond didn’t make a face, Chris was asleep, Albert = ?, and I made bunny ears on Chris. Oh, and while waiting in line for the ride, Chris kept falling asleep, so we had to keep pushing him along. One of the times, he rolled up into a little ball and was squating on the ground. Some girl behind us almost tripped on him, XD.
After that, we walked around, and by this time, most of the people were pretty dead already. Maybe around 3-4? Either they were dancing or just sitting/sleeping on benches. We saw Billy, Sarah Guest (?), and Michael Cossey, so we went to the Indiana Jones train ride with them! The ride had been closed, but then right when they came, it opened! We were lucky and the wait was less than 5 minutes. The ride was pretty fun. Not as intense as I remembered though. I ended up getting paired up with Raymond and Billy on this ride, and they just kept talking about how Albert had asked me to Grad Nite, but I was not spending enough time with him, and then they started comparing me to a prom date who didn’t spend time with her date. (I sort of didn’t get this) After that, we went our separate ways because Billy said he wanted to go dancing/raving.
We went to the Buzz Lightyear ride (Space Blasters?) afterward. I got level 3, over 33,000 points. Chris was asleep the whole time, but he still got 4,000 points (he had his hand on the button the whole time, and miraculously hit that many targets).
We walked around again, and we didn’t know what to do, so we went back to Space Mountain to see the time on it. It was still two hours, so we played around with that big marble ball – trying to see if we could stop it and how fast we could spin it. We ended up running in to Billy again, so we went on the Pirates ride with them. That was pretty boring, and I almost fell asleep again.
Around 5-6 now, people really were dead. None of the lines had people in it. We went back to Space Mountain, and not a single person was there. Seriously. We ran to the ride and got yelled at by the lady in the podium for the “Honey I Shrunk the Audience” ride. There was seriously 0 minutes waiting time, so we went on it. It was supppperrrr fun, and Derek and Anita was in the ride before us. We were going to go again, but we didn’t have time. I was very disappointed. DD:
So we went home after this. Everyone was pretty tired. Everyone just slept the whole way back. Not one person was awake (except Jon Lau) or talking. I was actually pretty hyper after. I mean, I have the energy to type up this wordpress post. ;DD Derek looked like he was drunk when he got home. He was swaying back and forth as he tried to get to his front door. It was really funny.
The order of the rides is probably out of order. I seriously don’t remember much! I was too tired then.
OH! There were also these girls that came from Hawaii there. They had a funny accent. :3
I forgot to mention that there were no trams there. The trip to and from the park, we had to WALK. I had a serious cramp in my right leg from walking all that way.
Balrog!!
THAT’S RIGHT. LEVEL 28 in two weeks. I beat Brandeezy! yay!
Besides that, I killed a Balrog with Belle today in Deep Ant Tunnel. Okay, not really. It was just one of those fake ones, like king slime in hunting ground, for the 3rd Anniversary. When we ran into it, Belle and I totally freaked because we thought it was a real one, and it was hurling fireballs at us, but then we realized that it wasn’t real and then we just killed it (more like, I just watched.. but we were partied. :]). We didn’t see how much exp we got for it though. What a shame. I want to see another one so I can take a screenshot and be like, “SEE. LOOK HOW COOL I AM. I KILLED A ROG, LAWLZ”.
Protected: WWIII Overview
So lately,
I’ve been in a very bad mood about everything. Even the smallest little thing got me really ticked off and I ended up snapping at a few people without even realizing it.
Let me start with German. So we had a quiz on section two on Wednesday, and apparently, no one studied. Everyone kept asking what “bush” and “poverty” were, and that really pissed me off since 1) they should have studied since Mr. Platt told us we were going to have a quiz and 2) since we were taking a quiz, they shouldn’t have been talking. The only person nearest me that was complaining about how they didn’t know any of the stuff was Melissa, and because she asked about seven times what most of the stuff was, I ended up saying something along the lines of, “Mel, you should have studied. All of this vocab was in the book”. I said it in a really mean way though, so I feel really bad about it. I hope she did well though. We had an extra day to finish it afterall >3<;;
Christy. What about her does NOT piss me off? Well, I think that’s a rhetorical question? I didn’t get that paper… anyways. So on Wednesday, we had a home meet against Pomona. For some reason, Jesus’ parents were there, so Christy was freaking out before our race. I seriously had to listen to her complain to Tammy about how she was so nervous about them being there for about half an hour before the actual race. So as usual, she came in last, and blah blah blah, the usual. Tammy was in the first scoring heat, and she came in dead last, which was really bad, and she usually does a lot better. After though, Tammy seemed really depressed, so I went and talked to her. Then, I heard the most OUTRAGEOUS thing ever. Before the race, Christy had actually bribed Tammy to lose to her so she could look good in front of Jesus’ parents. How low is that? To ask someone to lose a race so she could look better? And how would even winning a race make her look better? If anyone ever had doubts regarding her low intelligence, I think that would just about cement it. The worst part was, she even asked Katie (Okay, I admit that I don’t know how to spell her name, but I think her full name is Katyln..) and was going to ask me. No one ended up taking her bribe and she never asked me because according to Tammy, she knew that I hated her and that I probably wouldn’t take it anyways. So that had me really pissed off and I was going to talk to her about it, but I ended up doing Mel’s outline with Daniel.
I also forgot to announce Michelle’s birthday! It’s a little late, but…
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MICHELLE! <3
May your following year be filled with happiness and good fortune.
People
Why must it be so hard to understand people? It is not as if I don’t want to understand. I really do. It is as if they themselves don’t want to open up. Why must they always try to lock themselves up? Why must they always push me away when I try to knock at the door?
Rant about life and how it’s depressing.
Life can be so depressing at times. It’s times like these I really wish I had a shoulder to cry on.
Recently, some of the people around me have not been feeling well. Brandon seems kind of down lately, most likely from lack of sleep. He’s been pretty quiet, and it’s hard to watch him not be his usual crazy self. I really miss that Brandon.
Jake has also not been feeling well. Thursday at lunch, he was outside the bandroom with us, huddled by himself. He was not himself as well. He was really depressed and walked off by himself. Then today, he didn’t come to school. I’m scared that something might have happened to him. I can try to be optomistic, but that’s not really possible right now. If I could, I would go visit him right now just to make sure he was okay.
As for Chase, his grandfather was hospitalized. For me, I’ve only seen my great grandmother pass away, and at the time, I didn’t really care about it. I was too young to understand what dying meant. I do now though. It’s so sad to even hear about it. Even though I’ve only seen him once and I have never talked to him, I feel as if I actually knew him. I started crying just thinking about it. I cannot imagine what Chase is going through right now.
As for myself, it’s just the usual academic stuff. I haven’t been doing well on my quizzes and I feel like I’m falling behind. If only life had a reset button that let me redo anything I wanted in my life.
Today, Today.
Yes, today was a good day. I’m VERY HAPPY RIGHT NOW. So I thought I did bad on my finals, but apparently I didn’t. For German, I don’t know what I got on my final, but my final grade is about a 101.4% or something like that. On the Biology test, I got a 86%, which means I beat the heck out of Brandon. Congrats to Michelle who got a 84% by the way!
For math, I ended the class with a 101.2% and Archuleta said she had to put a cap on my extra credit (I got a 3 and two 2’s on the last math contests = extra credit). And I got cleared, so yay me! I’m pretty confident about AP Euro (she didn’t send the grades yet) and English I’m not so sure, but whatever. I will get them soon enough. :]]
So that was during school. Afterschool started off being kind of semi-depressing. So apparently, I’m not going to Winter Formal anymore! Michael did something to piss his mom off and she said that he wasn’t going to formal anymore and that he had to return the tickets. Oh well, I actually don’t feel too affected. XD My mom will be mad that she bought the dresses and all though. Oh well. ;DD
So after that, Michelle, Raymond, Derek, and I went to Diamond Plaza! We ate Chasu ramen (and they didn’t have Calpico.. -________-;;) since Genki Living was closed, then we went to the arcade where Raymond and Derek played for awhile and we just watched them. There was this old guy playing this game next to us and he was totally pro. You could tell he played at the arcade everyday. Kind of sad. After that, we went to see if Genki Living was opened, and it was! Michelle and I along with Derek shared a green tea icecream & strawberry crepe! It was delicious and very messy. I want to go there again. But next time, I want a custard Taiyaki. :[[
After that, we went to Derek's house to play ROCK BAND. At first, I wasn't very interested in it, but then I got put on drums and it was sort of fun. I almost broke Derek's sticks though, XD I kept hitting the sides and not the actual drum pad. Then they put me on vocals and I did Dani California -- and then they ended up making me to vocals again since I could hit the notes or whatever they said. I found out that I like a lot of songs. Like Blitzkrieg Bop, and that one Nirvana song. I need to download those. Especially Blitzkrieg Bop. So fun! :] We need new songs. Some Jap songs would be good. ;DD Oh, and I also played the guitar once. I phailed miserably. I can’t seem to remember three keys and strum at the same time. I also strum like a bassist! Go me! I also tried playing with my left hand and that worked for a bit, but then I started messing up. Michelle was really good on the guitar! She did medium and was total pwnage. :] Singing too, she perfected Dani California. ;D
Happy New Year!
I want to start off by saying Happy New Year and that I wish you all a year filled with good luck and continued health.
So this New Years instead of staying home like the little emo I am, sitting in this little corner with my computer, I went over to Chase’s house to have a little “party” with two other weirdos: Jake and Noah. I got there at around 7 and we played Guitar Hero and WoW for about 3 hours. It was pretty pointless, but so fun at the same time. We also tried to level Chase in Zipangu (MS) but that failed since Vista fails big time. Chase also sent me $35 dollars worth of Gachapon tickets since he can’t use them, but we couldn’t find it, so we thought he either sent it to the wrong username, or it just disappeared. We later found out he just had to open the Cash Shop. Well, after that, we just went and watched Super Bad. All I remember from it was that it was about being drunk and something about the power of friendship. I really couldn’t tell, XD. I was way too random and lots of cursing… (I wonder how Chase’s grandparent’s felt having to hear all of that) I must admit, it was the most innappropriate movie I have ever seen, but it was still pretty funny. It was one of those dirty movies that you need a guy to explain all of the terms to you. Yes, very confusing. So that burned off about an hour or two, and we ended up going out into the front yard to see where Noah ran into the bush, then Noah and Jake started rolling around in the yard and we went into the backyard. CHASE HAS THE COOLEST BACK YARD EVERRRRRR. It’s huge, and they have this huge patio thing with a grill, big tables, and nice couches. It would be a great back yard to host a party in I tell you. Chase’s little sister also has this playground thing with a slide and all. It was soo coolll~ It was a little too small for Jake and the rest of them though. Jake tried to slide down on the pole, and ended up just jumping down. It’s way too short for them, haha. Jake also ended up almost choking himself with one of the rope things. That was a very smart thing to do. -____- Then we just ended up going back in and everything died down. Oh, Chase also has this ginormous dog named Sally (correct me on this, I’m kind of tired). It’s like, 4 ft high, black, yet very friendly. If you didn’t know she was friendly and saw her about 10 ft away, you would run away. She was that tall. Chase also has a smaller dog, about 6 inches high, a very cute dog with bows in her hair. I think this small one scared me a little more than the big one. It kept running around and it was way too quiet, XD. Oh, there was also this life-size dancing Santa in the living room. While we were eating, Noah went up to it and did many “suggestive” movements with. Disturbing.
So overall, this was a very fun night! My mom ended up being kind of bored, but she would have been bored if I were home anyways. So Happy New Years everyone, get some sleep! <3
